who am i?

Hi! I'm Mireia

And as you probably can relate, I’m many things. I started my career more than 12 years ago. I’ve lived in different countries and worked as a researcher in consultancies, tech companies and startups.

While I was loving my job and worked hard to get to were I was, I reached a point where I felt life was more than hard work, burnout, and pushing for the next goal, next promotion, next challenge. 

After navigating profound emotional journeys and a gradual and consistent process of self-inquiry, I decided to shift my professional direction to align it with my true nature to live and work in a way that felt more meaningful. 

In a world that tought us to be productive in order to be valuable, to compete in order to create something meaningful, to see exhaustion as a measure of success, now it’s time to live and work with structure and pleasure, to stop working hard and start working soft.

Because this is how can be more efficient, more resilient, feel more satisfied, full of energy and therefore, end up getting better results.

I work with people who are at a turning point, when success no longer feels like truth, and something deeper is calling.
