Breathwork sessions

Enable a greater sense of connection

We live the way we breath.
As well as shifting your state of body and mind, your breath gives you access to more choice of how you respond and navigate life’s experiences
and challenges

What is Breathwork?

This isn’t a tool, this a sacred space to reconnect, remember and release.

Your breath mirrors your life — how you hold on, how you let go, how you move through the world.

When we breathe consciously, we create space for release, insight, and healing that the thinking mind alone can’t access.

In this session, you’ll be guided through conscious connected breathing — a powerful yet gentle practice that helps you release emotional blocks, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner strength.

This is not about fixing yourself — it’s about remembering what’s already whole within you.

How does it work?

This are 90-minute guided sessions — a blend of conscious connected breathwork, body awareness, and integration.

You’ll be fully supported in a safe space to explore whatever arises.

No prior experience needed, just a willingness to show up and breathe.

We’ll begin with:
– A short check-in
– Gentle somatic preparation
– Guided conscious breathing
– Space for rest + integration

You may experience emotional release, creative insight, stillness, clarity, or simply a deep sense of peace. Every session is different, and your body leads the way.

What they say

What you'll gain:

Release what the mind can’t reach

Your body stores the emotions, stories, and stress your mind hasn’t processed.

Breathwork practices help you gently surface and release what’s been stuck — tension, fear, grief, overwhelm — so you can feel lighter, clearer, more at ease in yourself.

Regulate your nervous system

Conscious breathing activates your parasympathetic system — shifting you from fight-or-flight into calm.

With consistent practice, you build emotional resilience and a deeper sense of internal safety.

This is a way to reeducate your body and your subconscious mind and show them that a different way of living is possible, in a gentle way.

It allows you to take back control over your everyday and go back to what should be your natural state: a flexible nervous system and a balanced mind-body-emotions.

Move beyond overthinking

If you’re thoughtful, sensitive, or high-functioning but stuck in your head, breathwork offers a way out — and in.

Into the body. Into truth. Into what’s real beneath the noise. It’s a reset that helps you hear yourself again.

Access clarity, confidence and inner strength

You don’t need to exhaust yourself or “figure it all out” with your mind.

The breath helps you connect with the deeper part of you that already knows.

Many people leave sessions feeling more connected, grounded, and aligned with what truly matters, because often, it’s not about putting more effort, but about letting the answers appear, and for that, we need openness, calmness, and be able to reduce the noise that doesn’t let us hear the wisdom.

Frequent questions

There’s no perfect way to breathe. Everyone’s experience is unique. You’ll be gently guided and supported throughout. This is a space of exploration, not performance.

That’s okay and actually a natural part of the healing process. It will only come up what you’re ready to release, nothing more and nothing less.
If emotions arise, they’re welcomed with care. You’ll be held in a safe space and supported to move through whatever shows up, at your own pace. I’ll provide the tools, support and guidance needed at all times.

While meditation and mindful breathing often focus on slowing the breath or calming the mind, Conscious Connected Breathwork uses a specific, continuous breath to access deeper layers of the subconscious, release stored emotions, and shift energetic blocks. It’s an active, body-led process that can lead to profound emotional and somatic release, often in ways that talking or thinking alone can’t reach.

You are always in charge of your breath and your body. You can slow down, pause, or return to normal breathing at any time. I’m there to guide and ground you, and everything is done with consent and choice. You don’t have to push harder than you need at the time.

It is safe as you are in constant control over your body and it only will be released what your body is ready to let go of. Ahead to the session, you’ll be asked to share any relevant health information to ensure safety and support.

Not at all. This practice is for anyone, whether you’re brand new or experienced in healing or mindfulness work.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. A yoga mat, blanket, and eye mask can enhance comfort. If you’re attending a festival session, check in advance what’s provided.

Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel light, tingly, emotional, energized, calm, or connected. Others might go on a deep inner journey. No two sessions are the same and all experiences are valid.

Clarity

Understanding your current needs and the direction you want for your career and life. Identifying your natural talents and your life values as the principles for making the right decisions. Transforming fears and insecurities into confidence, balance and motivation.

Tools

Once we understand the direction, we can then define a robust strategy to get to where we want to be, knowing the changes required, the aspects to leverage and the path to transformation. We combine pragmatic and intuitive tools that allow you to bring balance at work and in your life, which you’ll be able to use whenever you need from now on.

Action

Ultimately, we achieve our goals by taking action and making things happen while we keep adapting and evolving as the context and needs evolve as well.

Once you are in harmony with yourself and have a clear plan, you move forward with confidence and trust.

who am i?

Hi! I'm Mireia

Everyday I see how we all come into this world with unique gifts and capacities meant to be expressed and shared — and with lessons that help us grow, evolve, and fulfil our human potential in this life.
As I’m sure you can relate, I’m many things.

I first studied Business Management at the University of Barcelona nearly 20 years ago, specialising in Market Research and Techniques (which, at the time, was a branch of sociology). A few years later, I moved to London, where I trained in Social Trends Research and Innovation Management at Central Saint Martins.

For more than 12 years, I worked as a Researcher in agencies, corporates and tech companies of all kinds, creating what many would call a successful career. I lived and worked in different countries and contributed to the creation, launch and improvement of some very innovative and well-known products and services.

As much as I loved my work and learnt so much from it, at some point I started losing my interest and motivation. Something felt off.

Instead, I started getting much more joy using my knowledge and skills in a way that felt more meaningful to me. Back then, I was leading a team of researchers in Fintech and the best moments of my daily work where holding space for them to explore and identify their path to growth, overcoming their struggles and identifying the right challenges for them.

Following a personal calling, I trained in Coaching with NLP at the Integrative Institute of Claudio Naranjo, in Psychological Astrology at Cosmograma School, and as a breathwork facilitator with the In Breath method by Catalina Rojas. I’ve also trained in meditation with Buddhist monks at Sakya Tashi Ling temple.

I never thought this would become my job, although, I’ve always been very curious and interested in understanding our minds and exploring the intuitive, intangible aspects of our existence.

For the past three years, I’ve been holding spaces for growth and transformation — individually and in groups — with a particular focus on professional transformation. The tools I use are the same ones I’ve explored and embodied myself, and I trust them deeply because I’ve seen their impact first-hand.

I love combining these intimate spaces with communication and teaching. That’s why you’ll also find me leading talks and workshops in different spaces.

At heart, I feel like a creator and facilitator. I thrive both in introspection — creating, deepening, reflecting — and in shared energy: connecting with others, sparking ideas, exchanging perspectives.

I want this to be a space where you feel empowered to become the creator of your own work and life.

It's time to lead your transformation and create the life you desire
